After reports and allegations of sexual attack were made versus Danny Masterson, the That ’70s Show star was formally struck with charges last June. Three ladies declare that in between 2001 and 2003, they were supposedly raped by Masterson, one even mentioning that the sexual attack happened at his house. The star has actually rejected the accusations versus him and in 2015 his lawyer released a declaration stating, “We’re confident that he will be exonerated when all the evidence finally comes to light and witnesses have the opportunity to testify… The people who know Mr. Masterson know his character and know the allegations to be false.”

On Wednesday (January 20), Masterson appeared in court along with his legal representative and pleaded innocent to the charges set versus him, consisting of numerous counts of rape by force or worry. Following his arrest in 2015, Masterson paid his bail and was launched on a $3.3 million bond.
“Obviously, Mr. Masterson and his wife are in complete shock considering that these nearly 20-year-old allegations are suddenly resulting in charges being filed, but they and their family are comforted knowing that ultimately the truth will come out,” stated the star’s lawyer. It’s uncertain just how much time Masterson might serve if founded guilty.
