The Oklahoma chosen authorities who presented a real-life bill to develop a main open season for Bigfoot says he’s getting called “stupid” … who had actually a thunk it?!?
OKAY State Rep. Justin Humphrey, the legislator who prepared up the Bigfoot bill, informs TMZ … he’s getting lots of backlash from followers and non-believers alike.
Rep. Humphrey says he’s been flooded with calls, e-mails and Facebook alerts from Bigfoot deniers, calling him an “idiot” and cussing him out. He says folks are informing him they’ll NEVER EVER elect him and they’re gonna ensure he loses his next election.
The Bigfoot non-believer beef — the proposed bill is a huge wild-goose chase due to the fact that bigfoots do not exist and there are more crucial things for legislators to fret about.
Rep. Humphrey informs us Bigfoot followers are irritated with him too, however they’re laying off the spoken attacks and keeping it civil. He says these folks do not desire anybody troubling Bigfoot or the forests where he allegedly lives.
BTW …the legislator says the bill’s not requiring Bigfoot’s death … rather, it’s requesting somebody to capture the animal, and he’s expecting a $25,000 benefit for the very first trapper.
Oklahoma’s notorious for its Bigfoot sightings, especially in the southeastern and southern parts of the state, which Humphrey associates … however he informs us he’s seen no proof Bigfoot exists, aside from some mystical pictures.
Rep. Humphrey says the point of his bill is to produce earnings with tourist, hunting licenses and tags, motivating folks to delight in the outdoors after investing more time inside due to the pandemic. But, it appears like a lot of folks didn’t check out in between the lines.
